We’ll show you how to get answers fast. You’ll learn when to self-serve, when to submit a ticket, and some power user tips. By the end, you’ll know how to get help, solve problems faster, and even level up the whole Chainguard community with your feedback and tips. No rabbit holes, no panic, and maybe a meme or two along the way.
Learning objectives:
At the end of the course, you’ll be able to:
- Access and use Chainguard Academy and the Support Portal to find documentation, submit support requests, and manage tickets.
- Understand the process for making image, package, or feature requests, including the key details the support team needs for fast responses.
- Interpret vulnerability scan results using Chainguard’s Security Advisories, and know what to do next when CVEs are found in your images.
- Navigate the Chainguard Console and Support Portal to manage users, permissions, and team onboarding.
- Troubleshoot common issues independently using AI, documentation, and status pages.
- Share feedback, request demos or training (via your account team), and contribute feedback to help the whole Chainguard community.
