Learn how to access Chainguard's Customer Support, request image versions, and what to do when you find a CVE.
We hope Linky's customer onboarding learning path has made your use of Chainguard Images process easy peasy! However, we know sometimes unexpected issues can come up that require additional support. In this course, we'll show you a number of additional resources for using Chainguard Images as well as how to reach out to Customer Support when you need it.

- Understand the process of requesting a specific image version through Chainguard's Zendesk support portal, including the required details and additional fields for submitting the request.
- Recognize the steps to take when vulnerability scanning tools report CVEs in Chainguard Images, including checking for security advisories, understanding different status of CVEs, and seeking support for further investigation.
